Normal Weight is based on Nhanes III survey 1988-1994 found at Halls MD.  You should look normal at these weight and BMI.

Ideal Body weight is based on Devine Formula found at Halls MD

Lean Body Mass is an estimate using standard LBM formula.  For Larger Bodies, LBM is calculated using BMI.

BMI - <25 Normal, <30 Over Wt, <35 Obese, <40 Severely Obese, <50 Morbid Obese, 50+ Super Morbid Obese

BMR = Basil Metabolic Rate is the average number of Calories that a person burns while resting. Based on height, weight, and age.  Calories required to maintain weight is based on your activity level.  Formulas used are the Harris-Benedict formulas.

Note: You may not reach a "Normal BMI"  Status.  This is based Established Standards and are all low in my opinion, but are the values that Doctors go by.

Protein is based on Activity Level in a range of .5, .8, 1.0 and 1.5 grams per pound of LBM.

Water is 8 glasses (8 ounce) +  an extra glass for every 25 lbs over your ideal body weight.
